My first professional career was in the Banking industry and there I first became involved in the management and sale of bank-owned properties from the banking side. This intrigued me to think about getting my Real Estate license and working from that side of the business – which I did in 1981. I’ve lived in California, Arizona and Connecticut before settling in the Triangle area in 1994.

Though I work with Buyers and Sellers in every aspect of real estate, I really do specialize and excel at working with Foreclosure, Short Sale and Bank-Owned (REO) properties. I'm qualified to work with both sellers and buyes. I enjoy the challenge of the process and having the necessary experience to set realistic pricing and expectations for all involved.

I love finding that “just perfect” home for my Buyers and seeing their expressions when they walk into the home and know can’t live without it – such a great feeling for me and my clients!
